Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of full-stack applications.
Provide technical leadership and mentor distributed/offshore teams.
Develop scalable solutions using Python (Django), Node.js, React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
Design and implement microservices and micro frontend architectures.
Improve CI/CD pipelines, engineering standards, and development workflows.
Perform hands-on coding, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills:
12+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years as a Tech Lead.
Strong expertise in Python, Django, Node.js, React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
Experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and containerized development.
Strong knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, and system design.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases, Linux, shell scripting, and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred: Experience with developer platforms/internal tooling, Kubernetes, and DevOps automation.
