Duties are as follows:

This position not only requires understanding and experience of all sensor calibration for physical properties in addition requires procedures for testing ,verifying and validating the conformal coating which does require knowledge of organic chemistry. The testing and evaluation should be non-destructive. Considering that FUTEK is getting involved extensively with harsh environment application such as cryogenic or autoclavable, conformal coating verification is becoming an urgent requirement that does require and relay on organic chemistry knowledge. Candidate's detailed job tasks are: Manages calibration activities in collaboration with Calibration department lead. Collaborate with engineering to increase and improve automation to minimize manual loading and operation which would help safety and precision. Researches and develops procedures to validate and qualify non-destructive conformal coating for high mix product which requires Organic Chemistry knowledge and experience. Releases technical white paper or monthly newsletter related to proper re-calibration period and predictive maintenance for longer endurances based on application. Works with sales department to increase Recalibration Activities to generate more revenue.
