The Role
We’re looking for a top-tier frontend engineer to join us as engineer #4 and push the limits of what’s possible in React. You’ll architect and build fast, scalable, and pixel-perfect interfaces, set engineering standards, and ship experiences used by millions. You’ll own features end-to-end, shape our design systems, and influence the direction of both product and technology.
What You’ll Do
Architect and build performant, elegant UIs in React + TypeScript
Define and enforce frontend best practices and design system consistency
Solve complex UX challenges at the intersection of AI, video, and collaboration
Contribute across the stack (Node.js, APIs, infrastructure) when needed
Lead by example in code quality, accessibility, and attention to detail
Write clear, concise UI copy for buttons, tooltips, and error states
What We’re Looking For
Mastery of React, TypeScript, and modern frontend engineering
Deep experience with performance tuning, state management, and scalable architectures
Strong product/design instincts and obsession with UI polish
Ability to ship independently and raise the technical bar for the team
Ability to communicate ideas clearly through both design choices and microcopy
