Job Duties:

• Overseeing and coordinating the activities of the subordinate staff and cashiers.
• Assign tasks to the subordinate staff.
• Assist the subordinate staff and cashiers in carrying out their duties efficiently.
• Authorize payments and the return of items and merchandise.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Assist in maintaining records of inventories.
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
• Arrange training of new sales staff, monitor and prepare reports of their performance and share the same with the management.
• Ensure the subordinate staff are adhering to the policies and standards of the Shoppers Drug Mart.
• Ensure the physical appearance of the store is maintained, such as store displays, signage, and cleanliness

• Secondary School education would be an asset.
• 6+ months of experience in the related field would be an asset.
