We are a premier destination for professional beauty products, and we need a detail-oriented individual to oversee our daily retail operations and ensure our customers receive an exceptional experience every time they walk through our doors.

The Role
As our Front End Supervisor, you will be the engine that keeps our sales floor running smoothly. You will be responsible for coordinating the activities of our retail staff, managing inventory flow, and maintaining the high standards of service our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign tasks to sales clerks and cashiers, prepare work schedules, and provide ongoing mentorship to help the team reach sales targets.
• Resolve complex customer inquiries or complaints with grace and professionalism, ensuring a positive brand image.
• Maintain beautiful, organized displays and ensure stock levels are consistently replenished.
• Oversee daily cash-out procedures, manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, and handle any discrepancies in inventory or transactions.
• Identify training needs for new hires and assist in the recruitment of top-tier talent for the retail team.

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of experience in a retail supervisory role
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and conditions:

• Full-time, permanent position consisting of at least 35 weekly work hours
• The remuneration will be set at CAD$36.00 per hour
• Overtime pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week
• You will be located at 39 Orfus Rd Unit A1, North York, ON M6A 1L7
