At Dogtopia Wheat Ridge, we’re passionate about dogs and committed to creating a safe, fun, and enriching environment for every pup in our care. Our team is energetic, pet-loving, and customer-service driven—and we’re looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to be the first friendly face our pet parents and pups see when they walk through the door!

Position Overview:
The Front Desk Coordinator plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position involves managing the front desk, checking dogs in/out, communicating with pet parents, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and supporting the overall operations of the daycare.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their dogs with a warm, welcoming attitude
Check pets in and out using daycare management software
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
Schedule daycare, boarding, and grooming appointments
Maintain accurate pet records and client notes
Handle retail sales and point-of-sale transactions
Communicate any pet-related concerns to the appropriate team members
Keep the lobby clean, organized, and pet-friendly
Support the daycare team as needed with light duties
Qualifications:

Prior customer service or receptionist experience (pet care preferred)
Comfortable around dogs of all breeds and sizes
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Friendly, calm, and professional under pressure
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to learn and use scheduling or POS software
Weekend and holiday availability is a plus
