Position Responsibilities:

The award-winning Country Inn & Suites-Mall of America is currently seeking an energetic, motivated professional for their Full-Time Front Desk Representative position. This role is responsible for checking guests in and out, informing guests of local attractions and sights, resolving guest issues and concerns, all while providing exceptional customer service. This position entails working a variety of shifts during the week and on weekends throughout the spring and summer months. The rate of pay is $12.00/hour with the ability to up-sell rooms and also earn points toward additional incentives.

Position Requirements:

• Energetic, self-motivated and organized


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Outstanding customer service acumen


• Accuracy in cash/credit card handling


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems


• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment


• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, during the spring and summer months


• Opera experience is a plus
