Schedule:
Getting you to and from the floatel is completely seamless and stress-free. Bridgemans pays for your flights (from major Canadian cities) and transportation to and from the project site, ensuring your travel is fully arranged and supported for every shift rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, the responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Develop new and improve existing policies and procedures of front office operations
• Ensure all front office procedures are followed accurately.
Recruit, supervise, train, and motivate the front desk team to ensure consistent and high-quality service to guests.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to front desk agents.
• Address and resolve guest complaints, requests, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of floatel services, facilities, and local attractions to assist guests.
• Communicate effectively with other floatel departments (e.g., housekeeping, food & beverage, logistics, technical).
• Manage room inventory and timely availability.
• Process and reconcile occupancy reports, management reports against the budgets.
• Oversee training of new front desk staff on flotel policies, procedures, and software systems.
• Be familiar with flotel emergency procedures and act as a key contact during crisis situations.
• Ensure the security of guest information and flotel property.
• Prepare budgets; balance income against vouchers and property management system totals.
• Oversee the Night Audit process in the Property Management system.
• Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence of or due to heavy volume in the areas of Front Desk, Concierge, Tour Host, Lobby coverage, and any other department that requires assistance.
