Job Requirements:
Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
• Develop and maintain front desk policies and procedures to support smooth daily operations.
• Supervise front desk activities and ensure company standards are consistently followed.
• Perform front desk duties as needed, including guest check-in and check-out, reservations and guest support.
• Address guest concerns, complaints and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and support staff development.
• Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to support operational efficiency.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure materials and supplies required for daily operations.
• Coordinate with clients regarding the use of facilities and related service arrangements.
Requirements:
• Completion of high school or higher
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Possesses and able to carry out work with the following characteristics:
Client focus, Flexibility, Team player
