Job Summary:
Too Your Health Spa is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role involves selling memberships, greeting members, answering phones, providing information about the club's services, and ensuring a positive member experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet members and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer phones and respond to inquiries about services, facilities, and memberships
Process membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations
Schedule appointments for personal training, classes, and other services
Process transactions for memberships and in-club purchases
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Enforce club policies to ensure safety and satisfaction
Assist with opening and closing duties, including facility checks
Collaborate with team members to resolve member concerns
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Comfortable with cash handling and basic math
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Previous customer-facing experience (fitness or hospitality setting preferred)
Applicants with Certified Personal Trainer credentials are also welcome to apply
We offer a competitive hourly wage, a complimentary club membership, and the potential for internal growth.
