Job Description:
We are seeking a US-based Sales Representative to identify, engage, and onboard clients including
D2C brands, B2B exporters, e-commerce sellers, and SMEs who need reliable global shipping
solutions. The role is designed for entrepreneurial sales professionals who are comfortable working
on a performance-driven contract, commission, and/or revenue-share model.
What will you do?
Lead Generation and Outreach: Identify, target, and engage prospective clients in the
logistics, warehouse, and supply chain sectors. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers,
understanding their needs and delivering solutions that align with their business goals. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue
goals. Contract Negotiation: Present proposals and negotiate contracts to secure long-term
client partnerships. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market
conditions to identify opportunities for growth. Performance Reporting: Track and report sales metrics, including pipeline development,
revenue generation, and client feedback.

own sales pipeline. Leverage knowledge of key ocean trade lanes to communicate effectively with shippers and
logistics partners.
