Responsibilities:
Tasks:
1. Recruit, train and supervise staff
2. Arrange for shipping documentation and the tracking and tracing of goods in transit
3. Ensure transport compliance with regulations
4. Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods
5. Monitor company's or department's performance, prepare reports for senior management, and plan for changes to schedules and policies
6. Negotiate for services and preferential rates
7. Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods
8. Oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue
9. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
10. Organize and maintain inventory

Supervision: 5-10 people
