What You’ll Be Doing
Prospect and cold call new shippers to grow your book of business
Build and nurture relationships with existing customers
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms to win freight opportunities
Collaborate with the carrier team to ensure successful deliveries
Stay current on market trends, capacity, and pricing
Track and manage all sales activity using the internal CRM

1–3 years of experience in logistics, 3PL, or B2B sales
Bonus: an existing book of business to bring with you
Strong communicator and negotiator
High-energy self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
Comfortable managing the full sales cycle and making cold calls
Experience with sales and logistics software is a plus
