• Work Schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend (as required)

??? Job Duties
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood and wood substitutes
• Construct, install, and repair structural frameworks including walls, floors, and roofs
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
• Fit and install trim items such as doors, stairs, moulding, and hardware
• Ensure all work is completed according to building codes and safety standards
• Inspect and verify the quality of work and materials used
• Maintain tools and ensure a clean and safe work environment

?? Requirements
• Completion of secondary school (high school)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a carpenter or framer
• Ability to read blueprints and work independently
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy materials
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
