Work Location: Various locations in the Lower Mainland area

Work Hours: 40.00 hours per week
Wages: $24.00 CAD per hour
Duration of Job: Full time, Permanent
Main duties
• Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ladders etc. required at construction sites.
• Assist framer in construction activities
• Assist framer to secure/unsecure special attachments to equipment and provide assistance in other activities
• Assist in aligning wooden structures, mouldings and perform related activities.
• Level surface to fine grade specifications
• Assist in demolishing wooden structures using prying bars and other tools, and sort the surface area
• Remove rubble and other debris at work sites
• Tend or feed machines or equipment used in framing
• Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed.

Employment requirements
