Job Duties:
• Review and interpret construction drawings and project details to plan work activities and ensure all tasks meet applicable codes and project requirements.
• Set out work areas and establish accurate layouts using appropriate measuring tools to ensure proper positioning and structural precision.
• Cut, shape, and assemble wood, composite materials, and light steel components with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Carry out structural framing tasks, including forming base structures, installing flooring systems, and assembling wall and roof sections.
• Take ownership of complex carpentry assignments, working independently or alongside crew members while resolving on-site challenges effectively.
• Monitor workmanship throughout the project, ensuring consistency, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high construction standards.

• Education: High School Education is required.
• Experience: Minimum 2 year of related experience is required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
