We're seeking an experienced Founding Full Stack Engineer to join an exciting, high-growth startup that's revolutionizing the voice AI space in Redwood City / San Francisco Bay Area, CA. As part of a small, close-knit team, you will play a pivotal role in developing a production-ready voice AI platform that will shape the future of human-machine interaction. You’ll work across the full stack, from backend to frontend, taking ownership of key features and driving product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Build: Develop scalable and efficient solutions for a next-generation voice agent platform.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to ship features from concept to production.
- Ownership: Lead initiatives across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, with opportunities to own significant parts of the product.
- Customer Impact: Provide technical support and guidance to our customers, helping them successfully implement and use our platform.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software development, ideally with experience at a fast-growing startup or in a tech giant (FANG).
- A passionate problem solver with a founder-like mindset, eager to take on responsibility and drive change.
- Strong technical skills in Node.js, React.js, and AWS or similar cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the confidence to make decisions and push forward even when faced with challenges.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to new technologies and challenges.
- Bonus points: Prior experience in a startup environment or with voice AI technologies.
