We’re growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Forklift Service Technician to join our team. If you’re mechanically inclined, confident working independently, and motivated to make a difference for real people and their operations, this may be the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do
Travel to customer locations to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair forklifts and material handling equipment
Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and engine systems
Perform routine maintenance such as lubrication, tire service, and brake adjustments
Conduct safety checks and performance testing
Maintain detailed records of service and parts
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Adhere to OSHA protocols and wear appropriate PPE
Collaborate with dispatch, management, and fellow technicians
Keep up with new technologies and tools in the industry

What You’ll Need
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications preferred)
Experience repairing forklifts or similar mechanical equipment
Familiarity with electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
Ability to work independently and travel throughout Arizona
Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus), acceptable driving record
Basic personal tool set; specialized tools provided by company
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfort working in hot, cold, and variable outdoor environments
Willingness to respond to occasional emergency or after-hours service calls
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks safely
