Food Store Clerk Job

As a Food Store Clerk, you will be responsible for managing restaurant inventory and ensuring that all ingredients and supplies are properly stored, rotated, and available when needed. This role is essential to maintaining the quality, safety, and efficiency of our kitchen operations.

• Receive and check incoming food deliveries for accuracy and quality.
• Organize and stock dry goods, refrigerated, and frozen items.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of storage areas, fridges, and freezers.
• Label and rotate inventory (FIFO method) to ensure freshness.
• Assist in daily kitchen supply preparation (e.g., portioning ingredients, packing takeout supplies).
• Keep inventory records and notify management of low stock levels.
•Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Support kitchen team and other restaurant staff as needed.
