Food Services Manager Job

We are currently looking to hire an efficient Food Services Manager to join our team for a full-time, permanent position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Direct, oversee and manage facility operations, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement operational procedures
• Effectively create and organizing staff schedules
• Lead the team in creating a culture of superior guest experience
• Conduct training and development as well as performance management and employee coaching
• Select and hire staff
• Control inventory, monitor financial transactions, and adjust procedures and pricing
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Position Requirements
• College diploma in food service administration, hotel, or restaurant management, or related discipline is an asset
• At least 3 years of experience in food service sector, including supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good English language skills
Compensation & Conditions:
• Permanent, full-time position
• $36.00 per hour with applicable overtime pay after 44 hours of work per week
• 30 to 35 hours of work per week
