Tasks
• Develop and manage budgets for food, beverages, ingredients, kitchen supplies, and cleaning materials
• Evaluate and oversee daily operational activities
• Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to standards
• Plan, coordinate, and organize daily restaurant operations
• Supervise and train staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Balance cash, prepare financial reports, and complete relevant documentation
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Perform cost analysis for products and services
• Organize and maintain inventory levels and stock rotation
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve concerns promptly
• Deliver high-quality customer service
• Supervise and coordinate staff involved in food preparation and portioning
