• Completion of college or other program related to food service or hospitality management is usually required
• Over two years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
Tasks:
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff
• Train staff
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
