Position: Food Services Manager
Number of job vacancies: 1
Working Hours: 40hrs per week (overtime wage will be applied after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week)
Wage: $36.80 per hour
Benefits: 4% of each gross payroll

Main duties

• Organize, plan, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Hire staff and provide training
• Schedule shift for staff and monitor their performance
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

Requirements
• Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management
• Flexible availability for weekends & holidays
• Food safe level 1
• 2-3 years of experience in food service and supervision is required
