Food Services Manager – Full Time

Workplace: On site only
Fort Macleod Family Foods is seeking an experienced and dedicated Food Services Manager to oversee daily food service operations and ensure high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This is a permanent, full-time position.
Position Details
Wage: $36.00 per hour
Hours: 40 to 45 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent, full time
Shifts: Morning, evening, weekends, flexible hours
Start Date: As soon as possible

Requirements
Language: English
Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma (3 months to less than 1 year)
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related role
Certificates:
Food Safety Certificate
Serving It Right Certificate
Must be able to work on site (no remote option)
Key Responsibilities
Develop budgets to determine costs of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies
Plan and organize daily operations
Recruit, supervise, and monitor staff performance
Determine services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Negotiate with clients for catering services or use of facilities
Address customer complaints and concerns
