Food Service Supervisor Job

Edo Japan (Fruit Union) is looking for a Full-Time Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-35 hours per week, $20.15/hour, with benefits.
Job Description:
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of food service staff
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• As needed, perform duties of workers supervised.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline OR minimum 2 years of experience in food preparation or service
• Language in the workplace is English.
