Food Service Supervisor
Booster Juice Vegreville
Location: 5441 60 Street Suite 100 Vegreville, AB T9C 1Z1
Salary: $19.00 to $20.00 hourly (To be negotiated)
Terms of employment: Permanent employment/ Full time/ 32 to 40 hours per week/ *Part-timers are welcomed*
Employment conditions: Evening, Shift, Flexible hours, Morning, Night, Day, Weekend
Start date: Starts as soon as possible

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Tasks
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Supervise and check assembly of trays
Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
Establish work schedules
Supervision: 3-4 people
