Salary: $18.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week

Job Overview:
Canco One Stop is looking for a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team in Terrace Bay, Ontario. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food services, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a team of food service staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Job duties:
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Prepare and submit reports
Supervise and check assembly of trays
Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
Establish work schedules
Supervision:
1 to 2 people
Staff in various areas of responsibility

Qualifications:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the food service industry.
Language: Proficiency in English is required.
