Over Time Wage: $43.35 per hour (After 40 hours per week)

Job Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Completion of college program in food service administration, restaurant Management or in related field.
OR
- 2-3 years of related experience is required.
Job Duties:
• Set staff work schedules for the preparation of food;
• Control inventory, order required ingredient and other supply;
• Update kitchen chef about food menu and quantity to be prepared;
• Co-ordinate and monitor staff activities for smooth work;
• Prepare record of each event food usage and wastage.
• Recruit staff and train them in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure food quality and satisfaction of customers
• Discuss and plan for the food services with staff.
• Suggest business development policies etc.

Overtime after 40 hours per week;
