Food service supervisor Job

TB Food Services Inc. dba Tim Hortons restaurant in Sicamous BC requires two Food Service Supervisors to join their team as soon as possible.

Job title: Food Service Supervisor (NOC: 6311)

Job Location: 814 Trans-Canada Hwy, Sicamous, BC V0E 2V0

Salary:$18.27/hour

No. of positions: 8

Job type: Full time, Permanent (35–40hr per week)

Job Duties:
• Supervise & co-ordinate activities of food counter attendants, bakers and other workers at restaurant.
• Schedule shifts for staff members like team leaders, counter attendants, etc. and set work procedures.
• Estimate & order restaurant supplies; breads, bagels, tim bits, vegetables, sauces, soups etc and maintain adequate level of inventory.
• Provide training to staff in their job duties when required.
• Ensure acceptable food quality and service levels.
• May assist in hiring & training staff.
• Maintain records of stock, expenses, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• Oversee and respond to customer concerns and resolve employee concerns.

Job Requirements/Skills:
• Completion of high school is required
• Knowledge of English language is required
• Minimum two years of work experience required in the similar field.
• Must be prepared to work under pressure
