Job title: Food service supervisor (NOC 62020)
Full-time permanent.
Work hours: Tuesday-Sunday, 35 hours/week
Wage: $17.50/hour
Work Location: 14 Prince William Dr, Placentia, Newfoundland and Labrador, A0B 2Y0
Language: English
Vacation: Employees are entitled to either two weeks of paid vacation per year or compensation equivalent to 4% of their gross salary.

Job responsibility
Supervise the kitchen staff by managing their schedule and job duties.
Supervise the food quality in all-rounded.
Keep inventory records and orders, to manage and estimate the consumption.
Order ingredients and ensure its stability.
Schedule and prioritize tasks in order to ensure efficiency.
Train the staff to follow the food safety procedures.
Assist in overseeing kitchen cleanliness and ensure that all equipment, tools, and work areas are properly maintained.

Employment requirements
Completion of secondary school is required.
At least 7 months to 1 year’ working experience as a food service supervisor is required.
Good in leading and managing a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize duties efficiently.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality and efficiency during busy periods.
