Wage: $18.5/hour
Work hours: Monday-Sunday, 35 hours/week

Vacation: 2 weeks of paid vacation per annum or remuneration of 4% of basic salary

Job duties
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of kitchen staff and front-line food service employees.
Plan, assign, and monitor staff duties to ensure smooth service operations
Prepare work schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels during operating hours
Monitor food service quality, service speed, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
Train, coach, and onboard new employees on job duties, service standards, and food safety procedures

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Address customer concerns, service issues, and operational challenges during service periods
Report operational performance and staffing issues to management
Coordinate orders from various channels—including takeout, delivery, and phone reservations—to ensure they are processed promptly and accurately.

Completion of a secondary school education is required. 
A college diploma in food service administration, restaurant management or related field is preferred.
Working experience in the food service sector or related field is required.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while overseeing multiple operational tasks.
Strong multitasking and decision-making skills during busy service periods.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Ability to manage staff schedules and adapt to changing staffing needs.
Good communication skills and organizational skills.
