Requirements
- Completion of high school
- Completion of a community college course in food service administration/ related field OR minimum 2 years of related experience
- Problem solving, working with other and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work on all shifts (evening & weekend)

Responsibilities
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the staff activities, work schedules and procedures
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies properly
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
