Job duties & responsibilities:
• Supervise and co-ordinate staff activities who prepare and portion food
• Recruit staff and ensure safety measures to be followed by everyone
• Make work schedule
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Supervise all assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Comply with Occupational Health and Safety Act
