Wage: $ 17.00 per hour

Job Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will perform the following duties, including but not limited to:
1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen and front-of-house staff during assigned shifts.
2. Establish methods to meet work schedules and support efficient daily operations.
3. Ensure food is prepared and served according to Taco Time standards for quality and portion control.
4. Train new employees in food preparation, customer service, safety, and sanitation procedures.
5. Monitor staff performance during shifts and provide guidance and support as needed.
6. Maintain inventory levels, monitor supplies, and assist with ordering ingredients and materials as required.
7. Ensure the restaurant meets all health, safety, and cleanliness standards in accordance with applicable regulations.
8. Resolve customer issues and support smooth operations during busy service periods.

Job Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in food service or a quick-service restaurant environment
• Supervisory or leadership experience is an asset
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
