Employment type: Full-time permanent
Work hours: Monday-Sunday, 35 hours/week

Vacation: 2 weeks of paid vacation per annum or remuneration of 4% of basic salary
Job duties
Supervise front-line food service staff during assigned shifts, including servers and cashiers.
Assign daily tasks and ensure smooth service operations.
Coordinate between front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff to ensure smooth and timely order flow.
Ensure customers receive timely and quality service.
Address basic customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Monitor cleanliness of the dining area and service stations.
Support staff during peak hours to maintain service efficiency.
Report inventory or operational issues to management.
Ensure compliance with food safety and restaurant policies.
Job requirements
Completion of secondary school is required.
1–2 years of experience in food service or restaurant operations is required.
Previous experience as a server, cashier, or team lead in a restaurant is an asset.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to supervise and coordinate staff in a fast-paced environment.
Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is an asset.
