Work hours: Monday-Sunday, 35 hours/week

Vacation: 2 weeks of paid vacation per annum or remuneration of 4% of basic salary

Job duties
Develop and establish work routines and procedures for restaurant operations.
Train new employees in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Assist in hiring, evaluating, and motivating staff to perform at their best.
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and maintain accurate stock records.
Handle cash transactions, prepare shift reports, and assist with scheduling and payroll coordination.
Address customer feedback professionally to maintain a positive dining experience.
Support management in planning daily operations and improving service efficiency.
Job requirements
Completion of secondary school is a must; college-level training in hospitality or food service management is an asset.
Minimum 1 year of experience in food service supervisor similar role is a must.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead a team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, especially during busy hours.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work flexible hours — evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and commitment to teamwork.
