Primary Responsibilities:
REQUIRED SKILLSET:
? Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
? Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations.
? Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly.
? Ensure food service and quality control.
? Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
? Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
? Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports in relation to sales, inventory.
? Ensuring that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift.
? Move throughout the facility and kitchen areas to visually monitor and act to ensure food quality and service standards are met.
