Job Duties:
• Work with team in professional manner
• Create and keep work schedules•
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food•
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures•
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies•
• Ensure food service and quality control•
• Address customers' complaints or concerns•
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage•
• Prepare and submit reports•
• Establish work schedules
• Assist in the management of specific areas of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
• Ensure that the restaurant is properly staffed as designated by written schedule through proper job assignment, break rotation and delegation of tasks during peak and non peak periods.
