Food Service Supervisor

Location: Unit 1, 305 Third Ave, Invermere, British Columbia, V0A 1K7
Workplace information: On site (work must be completed at the physical location; no remote work option)
Salary: $21.00 hourly
Hours: 35 hours per week

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

equivalent experience
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Manage and organize the employees engaged in preparation and portion of food.
• Regularly check food supplies and make sure new stock is ordered on time.
• Prepares work schedules and evaluates work performance of employees.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, daily sales, equipment issues, and food waste.
• Provide training to employees on food hygiene, cleanliness, and proper hygiene practices.
• Make sure food quality and services are as per regulatory standards.
• Monitor food usage to reduce waste and control costs.
