Food Service Supervisor
Pizza Hut High Prairie
Location: 4929 53 Ave #2 High Prairie, AB T0G 1E0
Salary: $18.50 to $19.50 hourly (To be negotiated)
Terms of employment: Permanent employment/ Full time/ 32 to 40 hours per week/*Part timers are welcome*
Employment conditions: Evening, Shift, Flexible hours, Night, Day, Weekend
Start date: Starts as soon as possible

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Tasks
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Supervise and check the assembly of trays
Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys
Establish work schedules
Supervision: 3-4 people
