1. Job Description
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Hire food service staff
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
• Establish work schedules

2. Requirements
• Completion of Secondary School
• 1-2 year’s relevant work experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Team player

3. Job Details
• Location: Wendy’s – 650 Terminal Ave.- Nanaimo, BC
• Terms of employment: Full-time / Permanent (35 hours/w)
• Start date: ASAP
• Salary: $21.20 per hour
