1432864 B.C. Ltd O/A Bayleaf- Indian Fusion located at 201 Fairway Dr, Fernie, BC, V0B 1M5 is looking for Food service supervisors. The candidate should have either a minimum of 6 months of related experience or a Certificate/ Diploma in the relevant field. Pay per hour will be $29.00. This is a permanent full-time position with 32-40 hours of work per week.
Some of the job duties of this position will be:
• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Ensure food service and quality control.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• Prepare and submit reports.
