Job Description:
Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures and hire food service staff
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
Maintain records of stock, sales, and repairs
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries
Establish work schedules

Job Requirement:
Completion of secondary school required.
Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience in food service industry required.

Term: Full-Time (30-40 hours per week), Permanent
Wage: $17.35 per hour
Benefit: 5.77 % of salary as vacation pay
