Job Description:
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures and hire food service staff
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Maintain records of stock, sales, and repairs
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries
• Establish work schedules

Job Requirement:
- Completion of secondary school required.
- Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience in food service industry required.

Term: Full-Time (30-40 hours per week), Permanent
Wage: $17.35 per hour
Benefit: 5.77 % of salary as vacation pay
