Food service supervisor Job

Parth Investments Inc. dba Panago Pizza located in Cranbrook, BC is seeking a motivated and reliable Food Service Supervisor to join our team. Pay per hour will be $21.00. This is a permanent full-time position with 35 hours of work per week.

Some of the job duties of this position will be:
• Organize and implement work procedures to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Oversee and coordinate the activities of employees involved in preparing and portioning food items.
• Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene practices, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor food preparation and service to ensure compliance with quality control requirements.
• Maintain accurate records related to inventory, equipment repairs, sales, and food wastage.
• Prepare routine operational reports and submit them to management as required.

Employment Requirements
• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
