Food Service Supervisor Job

VCS Foodservices Ltd. Dba Subway, located at #7-46030 Yale Road, Chilliwack, BC V2P 7V2 is
looking for One (1) permanent, full-time Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020).

Wage rate: $20.50 per hour; 40 hours per week,
Terms of Employment: Full-time and Permanent
Start Date: As Soon As Possible
Language: English
Work Location: #7-46030 Yale Road, Chilliwack, BC V2P 7V2

Job Duties:

*Supervise & co-ordinate staff activities to prepare, portion and serve food
*Schedule staff shifts
*Assist in hiring & training staff for job duties and safety procedures
*Estimate & order supplies required and assist in controlling costs
*Ensure operational procedures are implemented
*Ensure acceptable food quality and service levels
*Control inventory, monitor revenues, and modify procedures and prices
*Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

Job Requirements/Skills:
*Completion of high school is required
*1-2 years of relevant work experience is required
*Must be able to work under pressure; work as a team member; have an open schedule and be
able to work Day, evening, night and weekends.
