Salary: $19 to $20 hourly (To be negotiated)
Terms of employment: Permanent employment/ Full time / 32 to 40 hours per week
Employment conditions: Early morning, Evening, Shift, Flexible hours, Morning, Night, Day
Start dates: Starts as soon as possible

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Responsibilities
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Supervise and check assembly of trays
Establish work schedules
Supervision: 5-10 people
