Wages: $35.40 per hour for 30 hours per week
Benefits: as per Alberta standards
Terms of Employment: Full time permanent position
Applicants with part time availability to cover full time shift are encouraged to apply
Flexibility available. The restaurant is open everyday Monday- Friday – 6:30 am – 9 pm, Saturday and Sunday – 8 am – 7 pm
Employment conditions: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours
Job requirements: Language: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Job duties:
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Supervise and check assembly of trays
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Establish work schedules
Work Setting: food service establishment
Work Conditions and capabilities Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Walking, physically demanding.
Ability to supervise: 1 – 2 people
