Requirements
- High school diploma
- A minimum of three years of work experience as Food Service Supervisor
- Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, team player, initiative and dependability

Work Duties
- Supervise employees in food preparation, production and serving
- Work with employees to create work schedules and ensure enough working employees during rush hours and holidays
- Document the quantity of food ingredients, beverages, takeout containers, and utensils and contact suppliers to place orders
- Document inventory of restaurant items, kitchen equipment repair and maintenance details, wastes and sales numbers
- Analyze past sales numbers, estimate materials and supplies for different restaurant occasions and seasons.
- Check food and service quality to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and restaurant standards
- Provide feedback to assist in the development of restaurant policies and procedures
- Train new employees in their job duties and make sure all employees follow restaurant policies and procedures
- Handle customer concerns and complaints in a friendly and professional manner
