Food Service Supervisor _ Broadway Pizza Job

1. Job Description
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and serve food
• Recruit new staff, and train and develop existing staff
• Establish work schedules, and motivate and encourage staff to achieve targets
• Ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the establishment complies with health and safety regulations
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Handle customer complaints and queries
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
2. Requirements
• Secondary School Certificate
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong communication skills (English proficiency)
• Flexibility, Client focus, Team player, Effective interpersonal skills
3. Job Details
• Location: Uncle Fatih’s Pizza – 2778 W Broadway, Vancouver, BC
• Terms of employment: Full-time / Permanent (30 to 40 hours per Week)
• Start date: ASAP
• Salary: $21.00 per hour
